Capital Vinyl Emulsion paint, is produced based on vinyl acetate Co-polymer Resin, with high quality selected pigments. This paint is suitable for use on all interior surfaces such as Plaster, cement, brick, cement composition panels, and wood. This quick-drying paint is environmentally friendly, odor free, easy to apply, excellent coverage, great adhesiveness, durable finish and very pleasant to apply.
Surface must be clean. Remove old flaking paint. If needed use plaster or cement to cover cracks and sand it to a smooth finish. Final surface must be clean and without any contaminations, dust and oil before painting.
